Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We only issue returns or exchanges under extenuating circumstances and these exceptions will be granted on a case by case basis. 

In the case that we do grant a return or exchange, it must be made within 7 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with all original packaging and documentation, with original tags still attached. We do not take responsibility for returned packages lost in transit. Cost of return shipping is solely the purchasers responsibility and not Lewis Hall Apparel.
